For meal-packing consumers, if an eligible lunch or meal-packing article is not right for you, contact bevtgvr within 30 days of delivery for a merchandise return or exchange, including for change of mind.

Meal packing: commence a merchandise return or exchange

On this retail site, a merchandise return must be opened with consumer service, then sent using the delivered label and packing directions. No restocking charge is deducted.

In the sale lifecycle, a free prepaid merchandise return label is delivered for every eligible merchandise return, so the merchant bears merchandise return transport for both discretionary returns and issues such as damage, defect, incorrect goods or missing pieces.

Meal packing: payment refund review and timing

For post-purchase care, on arrival, the merchandise return is checked. Approval leads to a payment refund on the original payment method, and the provider generally completes posting in 5–10 business days when the payment refund leaves our system.

For meal-packing consumers, tell support whether you want a replacement. Availability is checked when the request is processed; if a direct exchange cannot be completed, we may payment refund the original article and invite a new sale.
